National Express has established a network of reliable agents throughout the world, offering fcl, lcl by sea and air on import and export basis. our import express customs clearance by highly trained staff at all the major ports in Taiwan, ensure speedy
clearance / delivery. Our export service operates on weekly same day departure which will enable our clients to gear their exports to the regular closing days,
with a fast and efficient documentations service producing bills of lading
and invoices using the most up to date computer technologies.

Vincent Ong, the Managing Director, has been in this industry for more than 28 years. Before he founded National Express, he worked for Ocean Pioneer Shipping Agency for more than 12 years as the Deputy
Managing Director. Ocean Pioneer has been the agents of Hyundai Merchant, Tasman Asia, CSAV for many years and in this capacity he accumulated a lot of
experience as to how to deal with carriers. This, and the relationships he built, helped him a great deal after he started his freight forwarder company 16 years ago.

Vincent Ong recruited a variety of good personnel with various backgrounds, including previous experience with shipping companies, customs brokers, freight forwarders, NVOCC and other related fields.
Such vast knowledge enables us to better serve all of our overseas agents / partners in their different needs in the transportation and freight movements.
